V-belt pulley NARAKU [HS-CNC] – CPI / Keeway / Generic

Constructively, the original V-belt pulley with the driving star is a mildly said ” lucky ” variant. The star disk is simply too thin to transmit the forces which act on the belt pulley wear-free. The disc often breaks. The result is often a released pulley with fatal consequences or a broken crankshaft stump. Remedy with positive side effect creates the NARAKU HS-CNC pulley.

The belt pulley is through-toothed and can thus completely dispense with the star disk. In addition, the CNC-machined tread surface ensures a clean, low-vibration V-belt action. The flank wrap has been adapted and additionally allows for a speed increase.

For a proper transmission of force, the gearing was worked to the lowest tolerances. Please note during installation that the belt pulley can be mounted more tightly on the crankshaft if the toothing has already been pulled by the original star disc in compassion.
